Upgrade Policy
New Customers
With every new purchase of LightSpeed, customers receive access to 3 months of telephone support and 3 months of free upgrades. Customers will continue to always have access to all updates and bug fixes to the product they purchased. After the initial 3 month period has expired, customers will continue to have access to online and email tech support, or may choose to purchase a 12 Month Support and Upgrade Subscription.
What are Upgrades?
Upgrades are changes in the major version number of the product and generally refer to the addition of major functionality to the software. For example, you would upgrade version 1.0 to 1.1, or version 5.5 to 6.0.
The upgrade will be free if a customer is covered as a new customer in their initial 3 month period, or if they are covered by a 12 Month Support and Upgrade Subscription.
What are Updates?
Updates are changes in the minor version number of the product and generally refer to bug fixes and the addition of minor functionality. For example, you would update version 4.0.2 to version 4.0.3. Customers will always have free access to updates to the product they purchased.
Order Policy
All sales are final. A Free 30 Day Trial is available for the LightSpeed products sold at this website. Please evaluate the Trial and decide whether the product is right for you. Once the credit cards have been processed and license keys have been sent, all sales become final. If you made a mistake you may be able to intercept your order by contacting billing@xsilva.com immediately.
