Health
Xsilva pays 50% of employee benefit premiums for our group insurance program. Coverage includes medical, dental, vision, life insurance and long-term disability. Every so often a massage therapist even visits the office, so that you don’t have to go as far to get the care you need.
All employees receive a fitness allowance of $100 per year. Love the gym? There’s a Nautilus Plus only a few blocks away, and you can use the allowance towards a membership at that location only, or for Nautilus Plus’ entire network of gyms. Prefer Yoga or Pilates? Time off
Employees start with 2 weeks of paid vacation, and 9 paid holidays per year.
We understand the importance of a work-life balance, and we also think that extra time off during the December holidays is always a good thing, so, employees receive an extra paid day of their choosing during the last week of December.
